We are temporarily suspending international sales due to customs issues and USPS policies until further notice.

Shipping Information

  • All shipments are exclusively via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and Priority Mail International.
  • Processing & Delivery Times:
    • USPS Priority Mail (USA): 5 to 15 business days
    • USPS Priority Mail International: 2 to 3 weeks
  • Shipping Schedule: We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Customs, VAT, and Shipping Liability

  • We are not responsible for VAT, customs fees, or any customs-related delays, including international shipments. Once USPS or any foreign mail service has accepted a package, we no longer have control over its transit time.
  • Tracking Information: All orders are shipped with tracking, and customers receive tracking details via email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: We have no control over foreign customs processing times. No refunds will be issued for mail delays or lost packages. If your package is delayed, please contact USPS or your local postal service for assistance.

If your country is not listed in the checkout drop-down menu, this means we are currently not shipping to that destination.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (USA): Flat rate of $16.95
  • International: Flat rate of $89.95 (covers up to 10 products or 20 lbs (9 kg)) – Order in bulk for clubs or friends to maximize savings.
  • Customs Declaration: The declared value for customs will reflect the actual purchase cost.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic (USA): 2-5 business days, including Saturday. Rural areas may require an additional day.
  • International: 6-21 business days, but this may vary depending on the customs processing time in each country.

Tracking Information:

  • Tracking emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Important: Please check your SPAM/Junk folders before inquiring about your tracking details.

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns for unused, unmodified products within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • All returned products are tested and inspected, and a restocking fee may apply.
  • We do not sell individual replacement parts unless explicitly listed in our shop with an SKU ID.
  • Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, return it within 10 days of receipt, and we will refund or replace your order.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • All sales are charged in real-time. If you placed an incorrect order or changed your mind, you may request a cancellation and refund before shipping.
  • Refund Deductions:
    • Refunds are subject to a 3% deduction due to non-recoverable bank processing fees associated with Credit/Debit Card charges.
    • When a charge is processed, Visa, Mastercard, and payment networks retain their processing fees, which are not refunded to us.
