All shipments are exclusively via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
Processing & Delivery Times:
- USPS Priority Mail (USA): 3 to 7 business days
Shipping Schedule: We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Please get in touch with USPS or your local postal service for assistance.

We accept returns for unused, unmodified products within 10 days of delivery.
All returned products are tested and inspected, and a restocking fee may apply.
We do not sell individual replacement parts unless explicitly listed in our shop with an SKU ID.
Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, return it within 10 days of receipt, and we will refund or replace your order.

All sales are charged in real-time. If you placed an incorrect order or changed your mind, you may request a cancellation and refund before shipping.
Refund Deductions:
- Refunds are subject to a 6% deduction due to non-recoverable bank processing fees associated with Credit/Debit Card charges.
- When a charge is processed, Visa, Mastercard, and payment networks retain their processing fees, which are not refunded to us. The 2.9% +$0.30 bank fees are non-refundable.
