EFHW-Multi Band

These are our multiband End-Fed Half-Wave (EFHW) antennas — a single wire, resonant on multiple bands, fed at the end through our low-loss 49:1 or 56:1 transformers. No antenna tuner needed on the resonant bands, and no counterpoise required. Because the feed point sits at the end of the wire, one support and one coax run are all it takes, making these the most popular choice for everything from HOA-friendly stealth installations to full legal limit stations.

Choosing your model is two decisions. First, the lowest band you operate: 8010 covers 80–10m with the low-band minimum in the CW/FT8 segment; 7510 covers the same 130 ft footprint with the minimum moved to ~3.85 MHz for 75m SSB; 4010 covers 40–10m in just 63 ft — the compact and portable favorite. Second, your power level: lightweight P and LP versions from QRP up to 100W and portable work, 1K-ICAS and 1K-Plus for mid-power stations, and 2K-Plus with three large 3-inch cores and the lowest insertion loss for legal-limit 1500W amplifier users.
