All shipping is ONLY via US Postal Service Priority Mail and Priority Mail International. Due to the huge demand for our products shipping delivery of a package takes from 4 to 7 business days for USPS priority mail within the USA and 2-3 weeks for Priority International USPS mail. NOTE: We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

NOTICE!! We are not responsible for VAT, Customs fees, and delays including International shipments once they are accepted by USPS or any foreign mail service. 

All orders are shipped with tracking and every customer receives immediate linked tracking information emailed to them (Please check your spam folders!). We have no say in foreign customs practices and take no responsibility for delayed packages once we have mailed them. No Refunds will be provided for issues such as mail delays, or lost packages – if you are experiencing delays or wondering where your order is, we can only encourage you to contact USPS or the foreign post office to resolve the issue.

Service

  • Domestic shipments (USA) are FLAT RATE of ONLY $16.95 
  • International shipments are FLAT RATE of ONLY $79.95 ($59.95 for Canada), up to 10 products, or 20lb (9kg). Take advantage and order in bulk for clubs or friends.
  • The stated value for Customs will be the actual cost.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic- 2-5 business days which includes Saturday. Some rural areas may require one additional day.
  • International- 6-21 business days but can vary based on the time required by the Customs Service in each country for processing.
  • Tracking emails are sent to an email address provided at the time of purchase. NOTE: check your SPAM/Junk folders before inquiring about the tracking info of your order.

Returns

  • We will only accept and provide full refunds for as-new and unmodified products within 10 days of initial delivery. 
  • All returned products are re-tested and inspected and the customer may be subject to restocking fees.
  • We do not offer an individual part replacement, nor do we individually sell any replacement parts/components not listed with an SKU ID in our shop. If a new item is received damaged or defective out-of-box, return it to us within 10 days of receiving it and we will refund or replace your order.\

Cancellation and Refunds

  • All sales are charged in real-time and in case you made the wrong order or changed your mind you may request cancelation and refund of your order.
  • We will refund an amount minus 3% which is the cost of the bank processing the Credit/Debit Card charge we can’t retrieve from the processing bank.
  • When a charge is processed, we incur costs from the card networks (Visa and Mastercard, etc) and payment partners with which we work. Because these networks establish the rules and guidelines for refunded payments,  the banks and card networks will keep the upfront cost of a refunded transaction, therefore, these costs are not refunded to us when the charge is refunded.
